so I have been watching tv a lot lately and those reality shows are always on. Where they have to elminate a person every week until they have a winner or something. and it just bothers me how they take 50 years to tell us who goes home. For example, on americas next top model each girl has to go up one by one and get a picture to the next round and then theres two people left. and as if it hasn’t already taken 5 hours, the last 2 people take another hour and the long pauses and then just when you they are about to say something they go to commercial. I’m just like WTF did you really need to spend THAT long just to tell us who goes home. I dont care about the “suspense” just be like “alright and bob you are leaving today, sorry!” end of show. that would be perfectly fine for me lol.

so according to wordpress stats, the most visited page on here is the visitor page! and how convenient that I don’t have anything there! LOL what do you guys look for when you go to a visitor page on a site? What things do you want? I know there are a lot of normal people who aren’t into webdesign reading blogs so i’m sure they wouldn’t find resources such as brushes, textures, and all that useful. so if you are visiting, what things do you use from other sites?

and i’m very new to blogging, and i’m kind of confused. I’ve seen some blogs where people just blog about their personal events such as a journal. I thought this is what you were supposed to do. but then i’ve seen a lot of blogs that blog about controversial topics and not personal events. It seems as though those blogs get more comments and such rather than the ones that are more personal. For example if someone blogs about how their day went and rants, not many will even read or comment. If someone blogs about something else like “smoking just sucks, I dont understand why people smoke blah blah blah” they will get more reads and comments. These kind of blogs are more like newspaper or magazine articles were people voice their opinions about topics, and I didn’t know that was what blogging was. Anywho my main concern was not the amount of comments i’m recieving but just what exactly are bloggers supposed to write about. Personally, I could care less who comments, this is like my online journal. I write whatever I feel like, and if I get comments, cool! someone is reading and has something to say. If i don’t have comments i’m not going to freak out because like I said this is just for me to rant and get things off my chest.

freakin gas station 08.05.

I’m so pisssed right now because I got gas for $3.90 at this gas station by my house! and then I went out with my sister today and its $3.70 at this other gas station! Thats a .20 cent difference which is a lot! I could have saved some moneeey >:( boo. Well heres the story, I was literally on empty and my dad needed my car to go to work. So I asked him if he wanted me to fill it up before he left. He gave me some money and said that I could get something to eat too, so I was like sweet! There’s a gas station like 5 minutes from my house that has a subway right next to it. There is also another gas station about 5 minutes from my house but the opposite way which doesn’t have any food places nearby. So since he said I could get something to eat, I figured I would go to the gas station next to the subway. I went there and saw gas was $3.90 and was like WTF I swear it was just $3.70 at the other gas station (which I should have went to), I was seriously about to go there, but I was already at this gas station. My car is a small car and it takes usually takes about $35-$40 to fill up. I decided not to get anything to eat since I used all the money on gas and I didnt want to spend anymore. I got home and told my dad I spent $50 on gas. and he like freaked out. he was like WHAT? what else did you buy. and I was like nothing..just gas. and he was like YOUR car? and I was like yes…He couldn’t believe my car was that expensive to fill up. Then he was like how much did you get gas for? I told him $3.90 and he was like it went up?! and I was just like uhh yeah. I feel so wasteful now cuz I could have went to the other gas station. I knew it was cheap there too because I just seen the price yesterday, but since I wanted to get food I didnt go that way. but I didn’t get any food anyways so it was a lose lose situation! grrr

so one of my mom’s friends called me and asked if I could work at her restaurant every saturday. Well at first she asked me if I could work next saturday. and I was like ummmm sure? Then she told my mom that I would be working every saturday. and I was like wait what? I thought she just wanted me to work that day. so yeah i dunno haha. It might be good that I only work on saturdays because I will be busy with school and cross country. Except I don’t know if I can. We have meets almost every saturday so I can’t work. Plus i don’t want to be working while i’m in school because that is too stressful with everything else going on.

so one of my friends just called me and asked me to look up movie times for her. I could hear a bunch of people in the background. and I was like “why do you want me to look up movie times? who are you with?” and she was like “i’m with some people going to see a movie!” and I was like oh…but what I was really thinking was HEY THANKS FOR THE INVITE? I thought that was pretty rude, to call me up and tell me to look up movie times for them..but whatever. She’s been getting on my nerves lately. She always has to have things her way and is always right. I’ve been kinda sick of it and its been getting awkward around her, maybe thats why she doesn’t invite me anywhere as much lately. I haven’t really been up to much tonight, just watched tv all day with my mom. I also think I may have fixed the footer problem, not sure though. so let me know if you guys see any problems please! I think the only browser it doesnt display correctly is safari and i’m not sure why. I also added a twitter bar at the top, so guys will always know what i’m doing!…literally. haha its really cool because you can update your status via SMS text! pretty sweet, so I could be at the movies and post a rant straight to the bar. I wish I could make a post though, if only I had internet on my phone! lol
